Did you just buy a brand new computer but need a hand getting it all up and running? Take the guess work out of the process and get it setup right the first time. We\u2019ll assist getting everything connected up and make sure you\u2019re operational in no time, including ensuring your computer is setup for automatic updates, is able to connect up to your new or existing internet service, and also help perform any software installations such as Microsoft Office.<\/p>\n

SYSTEM TUNE-UP – $150.00 (Flat-Rate)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Just like a car needs regular oil changes your computer needs periodic maintenance as well. From cleaning up general clutter to running updates for all your software, let us take the hassle out of the process. We\u2019ll work with you one-on-one to audit software on your machine and help remove items you don\u2019t need as well as turn off many of those pesky \u201cauto starting\u201d apps that rob system performance.<\/p>\n

BACKUP PLANNING – $125.00\/hr<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, many people don\u2019t think of setting up a backup until after they lose data. If that\u2019s you, then you now know how important backups are – so let\u2019s not let that happen again! If you haven\u2019t lost data, now is the perfect time to get a backup plan in place so you don\u2019t find yourself in a position where you\u2019ve lost something important. We can help setup both an on-site backup solution to an external hard drive, link you up with an off-site \/ cloud-based solution, or best of all \u2013 both!<\/p>\n

Instead of having to setup all your apps you\u2019ll get all the benefit of extra space and\/or better performance without the pain of needing to start all over again from square one. GENERAL HARDWARE \/ SOFTWARE SUPPORT – $125.00\/hr<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hear an odd noise or your system just won\u2019t boot properly? Have a program that needs to be installed or one that keeps crashing? Let us have a crack at it! If it turns out that you need a new CPU, memory module, or perhaps your hard drive is toast, we can help. Let us take care of the legwork in tracking down parts, reading through log files or handling a software installation. You\u2019ll benefit from getting the best possible pricing for parts and not having to waste your time engaging with third-party support folks.<\/p>\n

OPERATING SYSTEM UPGRADE \/ CLEAN INSTALL – $250.00 (Flat-Rate)<\/strong><\/p>\n

You may be the perfect candidate for an operating system upgrade or reload to get that computer back to factory spec! During an operating system upgrade or reload we will work with you to identify the items that need to be backed up. Once your files are copied from the system we\u2019ll perform an upgrade or reload of Windows and, when done, get those documents copied back over to your system. Combine this service with our backup planning service to ensure your system is not only running in tip-top shape today but also gain the peace of mind in knowing you\u2019ve got a game plan in place should you accidentally delete the wrong file or a rouge virus takes out your photos or documents.
