Billing Policy: For service performed at hourly rates, labor is invoiced in 30 minute increments with a 1-hour minimum.
Mileage Rate: No mileage charged for travel within a 15-mile radius of Burien, WA. For travel over 15-miles, round-trip mileage is invoiced at the IRS Standard rate (as of 01/01/2023, $0.655/mile).
Travel Time: No travel time charged for trips within 15-minutes from Burien, WA. For travel over 15-minutes, round-trip travel time is invoiced at $62.50/hr in 30-minute increments.
Invoice Terms: Invoices are due on the following schedule:
NET-10 for balances less than $500.00
NET-15 for balances between $500.00 and $999.99
NET-30 for balances greater than $1000.00
Late Fees: Invoices not remitted and paid in full by the due date are subject to a late fee equal to 5% of the current outstanding balance for each 30-day period they are late.
